Your access and use of the public website (the “Website”) and the private portal which requires registration to be accessed (the “Private Portal”, and together with the Website, the “Platform”) located at https://fsyr.portal.gs. Pursuant to an arrangement between Family Services York Region and Greenspace Mental Health Ltd., the Platform is made available by Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. for use by Family Services York Region, its subsidiaries, employees, contractors and patients. By creating an account, you are agreeing to comply with the terms of the Agreement that have been agreed to by Family Services York Region.
